Photoshop's Effect on Me

Jason and I have been watching a lot of movies lately thanks to our somewhat new Netflix subscription.  At the beginning of every movie, the same notification comes up and every time I think the same thing - 'Craquelure'.  Say what?

To every graphic designer or Photoshop connoisseur, it is a very recognizable Photoshop effect.  It is used in the backgrouund of the FBI Anti-Piracy Warning.  Below is my fairly quick attempt to reconstruct this background.
